Our firm provides An in depth review of your current plan and takes time to understand your objectives and current situation. We find that most times clients need an “upgrade” to cover new assets, new heirs or changed life circumstances. This amount will be credited to the price of a full plan.
Consultation on Life and Legacy Planning

You have not yet begun to plan for your Life and Legacy to protect your growing assets for your family and keep them out of probate. We have a detailed interview and asset inventory that will help you to assess all of your assets and provide thoughts on how to assemble and protect them. Whether you are married or single, with children or planning for them in the future, as a father of 4 with three grandchildren, I have a deep rooted empathy for your future planning. Full Life and Legacy Plan including Court and Probate Filing
Full plans for a couple start at $4500
After we understand the breadth of your estate and your plans for how it will be protected and ultimately distributed, we will prepare, Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Executor and Trustee appointments, as needed, any other documents for your specific situation and handle all filings and notifications. More importantly, we will review these and revise as needed when new assets or heirs are added or annually for your peace of mind.
